Account Creation

To participate in competitions, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• •Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• •Maintain and update your information as needed
• •Keep your password secure and confidential
• •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Account Security

You are responsible for:

• •All activities that occur under your account
• •Maintaining the security of your login credentials
• •Ensuring your account information is accurate

Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• ✗Cheat or manipulate: Submit fake, stolen, or manipulated photos
• ✗Use prohibited substances: Misrepresent your natural status in competitions
• ✗Harass or abuse: Bully, threaten, or discriminate against other users
• ✗Spam: Send unsolicited commercial messages or advertisements
• ✗Impersonate: Pretend to be someone else or provide false identity
• ✗Exploit minors: Any inappropriate content involving individuals under 18
• ✗Circumvent security: Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• ✗Use automated systems: Bots, scripts, or scrapers without permission
• ✗Interfere with the Service: Disrupt servers, networks, or functionality

Chat Conduct Requirements

When using chat features, you agree NOT to:

• ✗Send harassing or threatening messages: Intimidate, bully, or threaten other users
• ✗Share hate speech or discrimination: Content based on race, religion, gender, sexuality, or disability
• ✗Spam or flood chat: Send repetitive, off-topic, or excessive messages
• ✗Share explicit or adult content: Sexually explicit messages or images
• ✗Share personal information: Post your or others' private data (addresses, phone numbers, etc.)
• ✗Promote scams or fraud: Share phishing links, pyramid schemes, or deceptive content
• ✗Impersonate staff: Pretend to be a BodyBuildr employee or moderator

Moderation

• •We reserve the right to monitor, review, and remove any chat messages
• •Automated systems may scan messages for spam and abuse detection
• •Moderators may review messages when investigating user reports
• •We may suspend chat privileges for violations without prior notice

Fair Judging Requirements

When participating in community judging (predictions or scorecards), you agree to:

• ✓Judge fairly and honestly: Base your scores on actual physique merit
• ✓Follow scoring guidelines: Use the provided criteria consistently
• ✓Submit your own predictions: Do not coordinate with others to manipulate results
• ✓Respect the process: Accept that your scores may differ from AI or other judges

Prohibited Judging Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• ✗Collude with competitors: Coordinate scores with people entering competitions
• ✗Manipulate leaderboards: Use multiple accounts to inflate your judging accuracy
• ✗Bias scoring: Score based on personal relationships rather than merit
• ✗Share scorecards prematurely: Reveal your scores before the judging period closes
• ✗Use automated scoring: Employ bots or scripts to submit scorecards

Judge Level System

Your Judge Level is calculated based on:

• •Prediction Accuracy: How often your predictions match actual results
• •Scorecard Consistency: How closely your scores align with AI judging
• •Participation: Number of competitions you've judged

Judge Levels range from Novice → Recognized → Expert → Pro. Higher levels unlock badges and leaderboard visibility.

Entry Requirements

• •Photos must be of yourself only
• •Photos must be taken within the timeframe specified in the competition (typically 14 days)
• •All mandatory poses must be submitted
• •Photos must be unedited and unfiltered
• •Entry fees must be paid before the deadline

Disqualification Grounds

You may be disqualified for:

• •Submitting photos that are not of you
• •Using filters, editing, or enhancement tools
• •Submitting photos older than allowed
• •Missing mandatory poses
• •Violating any competition-specific rules
• •Violating these Terms of Service

Entry Fees

• •Entry fees are displayed before you submit payment
• •Fees contribute to the prize pool and platform operations
• •All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated

Refund Policy

Entry fees are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

• •Competition is cancelled by BodyBuildr
• •Technical error prevented your entry from being submitted (contact support within 48 hours)
• •Required by applicable law

If you are disqualified for violating rules, your entry fee will NOT be refunded.

Prize Distribution

• •Prizes are paid within 7 days of results being finalized
• •Prizes are paid via Stripe to your connected account
• •You are responsible for providing accurate payment information
• •Prizes may be subject to tax reporting requirements

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Use of the Service is subject to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to BodyBuildr. However, by submitting content, you grant BodyBuildr a:

• •Worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license
• •To use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content
• •Solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service
• •This license continues even after account termination for historical competition records

Content Representations

By submitting content, you represent that you:

• •Own or have the necessary rights to the content
• •Have the right to grant the license above
• •Are the person depicted in the photos
• •Have obtained any necessary consents from third parties

Platform Ownership

BodyBuildr retains all rights to the platform, including:

• •Software, code, and technology
• •AI judging algorithms and models
• •Trademarks, logos, and branding
• •Competition structures and rules

How It Works

BodyBuildr uses artificial intelligence to analyze and judge competition entries. The AI evaluates factors including:

• •Muscle symmetry and proportion
• •Definition and conditioning
• •Pose execution and presentation
• •Category-specific criteria

AI Feedback & Transparency

For competitions using AI judging, you will receive:

• •Overall Score: Your total score (0-100)
• •Score Breakdown: Individual scores for symmetry, definition, muscle mass, posing, and conditioning
• •Written Feedback: AI-generated summary of your physique assessment
• •Strengths & Weaknesses: Specific areas where you excelled or need improvement
• •Recommendations: Training and conditioning suggestions for improvement

This feedback is available in your Profile under the "AI Feedback" tab and is provided for educational purposes to help you improve for future competitions.

Anti-Cheating Measures

We employ multiple methods to detect cheating:

• •AI-powered image analysis for manipulation detection
• •EXIF metadata verification
• •Reverse image search
• •Manual review of flagged entries

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using the account deletion feature. Your entry fees and competition entries will not be refunded.

By BodyBuildr

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without cause, with or without notice:

• •For violation of these Terms
• •For suspected fraud or cheating
• •For abusive behavior toward other users
• •For any other reason at our discretion

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the jurisdiction of BodyBuildr's headquarters.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where BodyBuildr is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment

You may not assign your rights under these Terms. BodyBuildr may assign its rights without restriction.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BodyBuildr.
